Lead counsel for the University of Southern California (“USC”) in an arbitration brought by its former head football coach, Steve Sarkissian, after his highly publicized termination in October 2015.

Sarkissian sought over $30 million from USC under multiple theories arguing that he was improperly terminated due to his alcoholism.

The arbitrator denied each of Sarkissian’s claims, resulting in a complete victory for USC.
